ब्रोकर मर्जका लागि निर्देशिका तयार हुँदैGuidelines for Broker Mergers Being Finalized
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले ब्रोकर कम्पनीलाई मर्ज गर्न आवश्यक निर्देशिका निर्माणको अन्तिम चरणमा पुगेको छ। यस निर्देशिका लागू भएपछि असार मसान्तसम्म तोकिएको चुक्ता पुँजी पुर्याउन नसक्ने ब्रोकर कम्पनीलाई मर्जरमा जान सजिलो हुनेछ।
हाल ३८ वटा ब्रोकर कम्पनीले न्यूनतम चुक्ता पुँजी पुर्याउन सकेका छैनन्। बोर्डले पुँजी अभाव भएका कम्पनीहरूलाई मर्जर वा पुँजी पुर्याउन योजना पेस गर्न पुस ८ गते निर्देशन दिएको छ।
स्टक ब्रोकर एसोसिएसनले समय थप्न माग गरे पनि बोर्डले तोकिएको समयमै पुँजी पुर्याउनुपर्ने जनाएको छ। नियमावली संशोधनको कुनै योजना नरहेको बोर्डले स्पष्ट पारेको छ।
The Nepal Securities Board is in the final stages of preparing guidelines to facilitate mergers among broker companies. Once implemented, these guidelines will help brokers unable to meet the minimum paid-up capital requirement by the end of Ashar.
Currently, 38 broker companies have not met the required capital. The board has instructed these companies to submit plans for capital fulfillment or mergers by Poush 8.
While the Stock Broker Association has requested an extension, the board insists on meeting the capital requirements within the set deadline and has no plans to amend the regulations.
