गुराँस लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले आफ्नो १०औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) बस्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। संस्थाले सार्वजनिक गरेको सूचनाअनुसार सभा २०७२ साल कात्तिक २३ गते (शनिबार) का दिन बिर्तामोड, झापास्थित वेलमुन होटलमा बिहान ११:०० बजे सुरु हुनेछ।
सभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०७८/७९ (FY 2081/82) को लेखा प्रतिवेदन, नाफा–नोक्सान विवरण, बैलान्ससिट तथा नगद प्रवाह विवरण लगायतका वित्तीय विवरण प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ। साथै, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदन स्वीकृत गर्ने, नयाँ लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने र संस्थाको आगामी नीति तथा कार्यक्रम पारित गर्ने एजेन्डा रहेका छन्।
संस्थाको सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयअनुसार, साधारण सभा प्रयोजनका लागि कात्तिक १७ गतेदेखि शेयर दर्ता पुस्तिका बन्द रहनेछ। यस अवधिमा शेयर हस्तान्तरण वा नामसारीका लागि आवेदन स्वीकार गरिने छैन।
प्रकाशित वित्तीय प्रतिवेदनअनुसार, गुराँस लघुवित्तले अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा निवेश, निक्षेप संकलन, कर्जा प्रवाह तथा खुद नाफामा उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि गरेको देखिन्छ। संस्थाले कुल सम्पत्ति, सञ्चालन खर्च, ब्याज आम्दानी तथा खुद नाफामा स्थिर सुधार हासिल गरेको हो।
Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has officially announced the date for its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM). According to the notice published by the company, the AGM will be held on 23rd Kartik, 2082 (Saturday) at Welmun Hotel, Birtamode, Jhapa, starting from 11:00 AM.
During the meeting, the company will present the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2081/82, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement. The AGM will also discuss and endorse the auditor’s report, appoint a new auditor for the next fiscal year, and approve the policies and programs for the upcoming period.
For the purpose of the AGM, the share register book will remain closed from 17th Kartik, 2082, during which time share transfers or name changes will not be accepted.
