गुराँस लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले आगामी २०७९/०६/२९ गते साधारण सभा आह्वान गरेको छ। साधारण सभा काठमाण्डौं स्थित नयाँ बानेश्वर, नेपाल राष्ट्रिय व्यापार संघको सभाहलमा बिहान ८:०० बजेबाट सुरु हुनेछ।
साधारण सभा मिति: २०७९/०६/२९ गते (तदनुसार अक्टोबर १५, २०२३)।
बुक क्लोज मिति: साधारण सभामा भाग लिन र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न, शेयरधनीहरूले २०७९/०६/१६ गतेभित्र आफ्नो शेयर अद्यावधिक गर्नुपर्नेछ। २०७९/०६/१६ गतेबाट शेयर रजिस्टर बन्द गरिनेछ।
लाभांश प्रस्ताव: यस साधारण सभामा संस्थाले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९/८० का लागि लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ।
सभा स्थल: नेपाल राष्ट्रिय व्यापार संघको सभाहल, नयाँ बानेश्वर, काठमाडौं।
अन्य प्रस्तावहरू: साधारण सभामा अन्य नियमावली संशोधन, लेखापरीक्षकको नियुक्ति, र आवश्यकताअनुसार अन्य प्रस्तावहरू पारित गरिनेछ।
शेयरधनीहरूलाई साधारण सभामा उपस्थित भई आफ्नो सुझाव र मत राख्नका लागि आह्वान गरिएको छ।
Guras Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29th Ashwin 2079 (October 15, 2023). The AGM will be held at the Nepal National Trade Union Hall, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 8:00 AM.
AGM Date: 29th Ashwin 2079 (October 15, 2023).
Book Closure Date: To participate in the AGM and receive dividends, shareholders must update their share records by 16th Ashwin 2079. The share register will be closed from 16th Ashwin 2079 onwards.
Dividend Proposal: The institution will propose the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2079/80 during this AGM.
Meeting Venue: Nepal National Trade Union Hall, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
Other Proposals: The AGM will also address amendments to the regulations, the appointment of auditors, and any other necessary proposals.
Shareholders are encouraged to attend the AGM and present their suggestions and votes.
