इन्फिनिटी लघुवित्तमा ज्ञानीश्वर पन्त प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत नियुक्तGyani Shwar Pant Appointed as CEO of Infinity Laghubitta
इन्फिनिटी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले श्री ज्ञानीश्वर पन्तलाई प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत (CEO) मा नियुक्त गरेको छ। २०८२ साल जेठ २४ गते शनिबार बिहान १० बजे बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको ११५औं बैठकको निर्णयअनुसार उनलाई नियुक्त गरिएको हो।
पन्तको नियुक्ति २०८२ जेठ २५ गतेदेखि लागू हुने र उनको कार्यकाल चार वर्षको रहने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ। यसअघि उनी संस्थाका नायब प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृतको रूपमा कार्यरत थिए।
उक्त नियुक्तिसम्बन्धी जानकारी नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेड, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय, सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेड र लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेड लगायत सरोकारवाला निकायहरूलाई पठाइएको छ।
कम्पनीका सचिवको रूपमा श्री ज्ञानीश्वर पन्तले नै उक्त जानकारी सार्वजनिक गरेका हुन्।
Mr. Gyani Shwar Pant has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. The appointment was made during the 115th board meeting of the financial institution held on Jestha 24, 2082 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM.
Previously serving as the Deputy CEO, Mr. Pant will now take over as the Chief Executive Officer for a term of four years, effective from Jestha 25, 2082.
The institution has officially communicated the appointment to relevant regulatory bodies, including the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Nepal Rastra Bank, Office of the Company Registrar, CDS & Clearing Ltd., and Laxmi Sunrise Capital Ltd.
The announcement was made public by the company secretary—Mr. Gyani Shwar Pant himself.
