हाथवे इन्भेष्टमेन्ट नेपाल लिमिटेड (HATHY) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरुलाई लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १२ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.६३२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश दिने निर्णय गरेको हो। सो निर्णय कम्पनीको भदौ २ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकबाट भएको हो। आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले पारित गरेपछि लाभांश वितरण गरिनेछ।
Hathway Investment Nepal Limited (HATHY) has announced dividends for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared a 12 percent bonus share along with 0.632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The decision was made in the board meeting held on Bhadra 2. The proposed dividends will be distributed after approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
