हातवे इन्भेष्टमेन्टको वार्षिक साधारण सभाले १२.६३% लाभांश पारित गर्ने, पुँजी वृद्धि गर्ने र आगामी वर्षको लेखापरीक्षक चयन गर्नेछ।
हातवे इन्भेष्टमेन्ट नेपाल लिमिटेडले वार्षिक साधारण सभा (एजीएम) आह्वान गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको भदौ ३ गते बसेको बैठकले आउँदो भदौ २५ गते बिहान १० बजे काठमाडौंको आम्रपाली ब्याङ्केटमा १७औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाउने निर्णय गरेको हो।
सभामा गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को नाफाबाट हाल कायम १ अर्ब ४१ करोड ५७ लाख रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीका आधारमा १२ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर (१६ करोड ९८ लाख ८४ हजार रुपैयाँ बराबर) र कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.६३२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (८९ लाख ४१ हजार रुपैयाँ बराबर) गरी कुल १२.६३ प्रतिशत लाभांश प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ।
यसैगरी, सभाले कम्पनीको अधिकृत, जारी तथा चुक्ता पुँजी वृद्धि गर्ने निर्णयसँगै प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीमा आवश्यक संशोधन गर्नेछ। साथै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत हुने र आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि बाह्य लेखापरीक्षकको नियुक्ति तथा पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण पनि गर्ने एजेन्डा रहेको छ।

Hathway Investment Nepal Limited has announced its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company's board meeting, held on Bhadra 3, decided to convene the AGM on Bhadra 25 at 10:00 AM at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu.
During the meeting, the company will propose a total of 12.63% dividend, including a 12% bonus share (equivalent to NPR 169.88 million) and a 0.632% cash dividend (equivalent to NPR 8.94 million) from the profits of the fiscal year 2081/82.
Additionally, the AGM will include proposals for increasing the authorized, issued, and paid-up capital, as well as amendments to the company’s memorandum and bylaws. The meeting will also present the annual report for the fiscal year 2081/82, the auditor's report, and appoint external auditors for the fiscal year 2082/83, along with their remuneration.
