हाथवे इन्भेष्टमेन्टको १७औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा भदौ ३१ मा, लाभांश वितरण र सञ्चालक चुनाव एजेन्डामाHathway Investment’s 17th AGM Rescheduled to September 16; Dividend and Director Elections on Agenda
हाथवे इन्भेष्टमेन्ट नेपाल लिमिटेड (HATHY) ले आफ्नो १७ औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा भदौ २५ गते हुने भनिएकोमा भदौ ३१ गते (२०८२ साल, सेप्टेम्बर १६, २०२५) का लागि सारेको छ। सभा काठमाडौंस्थित आम्रपाली ब्याङ्क्वेटमा बिहान १० बजे सुरु हुने भएको छ।
सभामा १२ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र ०.६३२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनका लागि) वितरण गर्ने विशेष प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ। साथै कम्पनीको प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने, समूह ‘क’ का सेयरधनीको तर्फबाट ४ जना सञ्चालकको निर्वाचन गर्ने तथा स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालक नियुक्ति गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि पेश गरिनेछ।
यसका लागि कम्पनीले भदौ १३ गते बुकक्लोज गरिसकेको छ। सोअनुसार भदौ १२ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भइ कायम भएका सेयरधनीहरू साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन र प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Hathway Investment Nepal Limited (HATHY) has rescheduled its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) from Bhadra 25 to Bhadra 31 (September 16, 2025). The meeting will take place at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM.
The AGM will discuss and approve a 12% bonus share along with 0.632% cash dividend for tax purposes. In addition, shareholders will vote on amendments to the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, the election of four directors representing group A shareholders, and the approval of an independent director’s appointment.
For dividend distribution and AGM participation, the company had already announced a book closure on Bhadra 13. This means that investors holding shares until Bhadra 12 are eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend benefits.
