सेयर खरिद प्रक्रिया:
खरिद गर्ने व्यक्ति: बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरू।
खरिद समयसीमा: ३५ दिनभित्र खरिद गर्नुपर्नेछ।
प्रक्रिया: आवश्यक कागजातसहित काठमाडौंको कमलादीस्थित बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयको कानून विभागमा निवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
मूल्य: सेयरको मूल्य बिक्रेताअनुसार फरक-फरक रहेको छ।

यदि ३५ दिनभित्र संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले सेयर खरिद नगरेमा, सर्वसाधारणका लागि बिक्री खुला गरिनेछ।

Share Purchase Process:
Eligible Buyers: Existing promoter shareholders of the bank.
Purchase Deadline: Shares must be purchased within 35 days.
Procedure: Applicants must submit the required documents to the Legal Department at the bank's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
