हिमालयन डिष्टिलरी लिमिटेड (HDL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गर्ने २५ प्रतिशत लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। सो लाभांशमा २० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनार्थसहित) समावेश गरिएको छ।
घोषित लाभांश पारित गर्न कम्पनीले २५ औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा आगामी कार्तिक ३० गते, आइतबार (२०७५ नोभेम्बर १५) का दिन बिहान १० बजे आफ्नो रजिष्टर्ड कार्यालय, वीरगञ्ज, पर्सा मा बोलाएको छ।
साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले कार्तिक २० गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यस अनुसार कार्तिक १९ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम रहने शेयरधनीहरूले सो सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन र कम्पनीले वितरण गर्ने लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) has announced a 25% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. Out of the total dividend, 20% will be distributed as bonus shares and 5% as cash dividend (including tax purposes).
To endorse the proposed dividend, the company has scheduled its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 30, 2082 (November 15, 2025) at its registered office in Birgunj, Parsa. The meeting will commence at 10:00 AM.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has decided to close its books on Kartik 20, 2082 (November 5, 2025). Therefore, only those shareholders who have maintained ownership in NEPSE until Kartik 19, 2082 (November 4, 2025) will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the declared dividends.
