हिमालयन एभरेष्ट इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडले चुक्ता पुँजीको ८.७५ प्रतिशत कर सहित नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। हाल कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी २ अर्ब ५० करोड १ लाख ५७ हजार ४०० रुपैयाँ रहेको छ भने सो अनुपातमा कम्पनीले २१ करोड ८७ लाख ६३ हजार ७७३ रुपैयाँ लाभांश वितरण गर्नेछ। लाभांश वितरणका लागि कम्पनीले फागुन २७ गते बिहान ११ बजे अनमोल ब्यांक्वेट, शंखमुल काठमाडौंमा साधारण सभा गर्नेछ। साथै, कम्पनीले फागुन १५ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने भएकाले फागुन १४ गतेसम्म कायम शेयरधनीले मात्र लाभांश पाउनेछन्।
Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited has announced a cash dividend of 8.75% (including tax) of its paid-up capital. The company currently has a paid-up capital of Rs. 2.50 billion, and it will distribute Rs. 218.76 million as dividends. To approve the dividend distribution, the company will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on Falgun 27 at 11 AM at Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul, Kathmandu. Additionally, the company has set Falgun 15 as the book closure date, meaning only shareholders holding shares until Falgun 14 will be eligible to receive the declared dividend.
