हिमालयन लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले आफ्नो सेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कामका लागि हिमालयन क्यापिटललाई नियुक्त गरेको छ। यस अनुसार, सेयरसम्बन्धी सबै कारोबारको रेकर्ड राख्ने, दाखिला खारेज, नामसारी, सेयर अद्यावधिक गर्ने लगायतका कार्यहरु अब हिमालयन क्यापिटलले गर्नेछ। संस्थाले थप ३ वर्षका लागि हिमालयन क्यापिटललाई सेयर रजिष्ट्रारको रूपमा नियुक्त गरेको हो।

This means that all tasks related to share transactions, record-keeping, entry cancellation, name transfer, and share updates will now be handled by Himalayan Capital. The institution has appointed Himalayan Capital as the share registrar for an additional three years.
