हिमालयन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गर्ने लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले ८ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश दिने निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको जेठ १४ गते बसेको बैठकले हाल कायम चुक्तापुँजीको आधारमा नगद लाभांश दिने निर्णय गरेको हो। हाल कम्पनीको चुक्तापुँजी ९ अर्ब १४ करोड ३२ लाख ३७ हजार ३०६ रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। उक्त पूँजीको ८ प्रतिशतका दरले कम्पनीले शेयरधनीहरूलाई ७३ करोड १४ लाख ५८ हजार ९८४ रुपैयाँ बराबरको नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने भएको हो।
घोषित लाभांश नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त भएपछि र आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपछि मात्र वितरण गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
यस निर्णयले कम्पनीका शेयरधनीहरूलाई केही राहत मिल्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Himalayan Life Insurance has announced an 8% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on May 27 (Jestha 14). The dividend will be distributed based on the company’s current paid-up capital.
With a current paid-up capital of NPR 9.14 billion, the insurance company plans to distribute a total of NPR 731.45 million as cash dividends to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
This move is expected to provide financial returns to the shareholders and reflects the company’s performance in the previous fiscal year.
