हिमालयन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेड (HLI) ले अघिल्लो आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट प्रस्ताव गरिएको लाभांश पारित गर्न आफ्नो आठौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा आह्वान गरेको छ। सभा असार १० गते (२०८२ असार १०), मंगलबार बिहान १०ः३० बजे, आम्रपाली ब्यांकेट, भाटभटेनी, काठमाडौंमा आयोजना गरिनेछ।
सभामा हालको चुक्ता पूँजीमा करसहित ८ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण सम्बन्धी विशेष प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ। साथै, आवश्यक परे प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीमा संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने, लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने लगायतका प्रस्तावहरू पनि पारित गरिनेछ।
साधारण सभा र लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले जेठ २८ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। त्यस अनुसार, जेठ २७ गतेसम्म शेयर खरिद गरेका शेयरधनीहरू मात्र सभामा सहभागी हुन र प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न योग्य हुनेछन्।
Himalayan Life Insurance Limited (HLI) has called its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the proposed dividend from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Asar 10 (June 25, 2025), Tuesday, at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting at 10:30 AM.
The meeting will pass a special resolution to distribute an 8% cash dividend (including tax) on the current paid-up capital. Additionally, the AGM will authorize the board of directors to amend the company’s Articles of Association and Bylaws if necessary, and also appoint an auditor for the next fiscal year.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has set Jestha 28 (June 11, 2025) as the book closure date. Thus, only shareholders who own shares till Jestha 27 (June 10, 2025) will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
