हिमालयन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सले आफ्नो १७औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरणका लागि भोली (शुक्रबार) बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएको छ। आजसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम रहेका सेयरधनीहरूले मात्र सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन तथा लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
कम्पनीले फागुन ११ गते, आइतबार, बत्तिसपुतलीस्थित अनुपम फुडल्याण्ड एण्ड बैंक्वेटमा बिहान १०:३० बजे साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्नेछ। सभामा वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, आर्थिक विवरण, लाभांश अनुमोदन तथा भावी योजनाबारे छलफल हुनेछ। सेयर बजार विश्लेषकहरूका अनुसार, इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीका सेयरहरू भविष्यमा आकर्षक प्रतिफल दिन सक्ने सम्भावना उच्च छ।
Himalayan Life Insurance is set to close its book tomorrow (Friday) for its 17th annual general meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. Only shareholders holding stocks as of today in NEPSE will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive dividends.
The company will hold its AGM on Falgun 11 (Sunday) at 10:30 AM at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu. The meeting will discuss the annual report, financial statements, dividend approval, and future strategies. According to market analysts, insurance company stocks have high potential to provide attractive returns in the future.
