Hotel Forest Inn IPO's Listed on NEPSE

Kathmandu – The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Hotel Forest Inn Limited has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).A total of 20 million shares of the company have been listed on NEPSE. Out of these, 16 million shares belong to the founder group, while 4 million shares have been issued for the general public.For the first day of trading, NEPSE has set the minimum price at NPR 90.65 and the maximum price at NPR 271.95 per share. The shares will begin trading on Thursday.
