होटल फरेष्ट इन लिमिटेड (होलिडे इन रिसोर्ट, बुढानिलकण्ठ) ले आफ्नो शेयर रजिष्ट्रारका रूपमा एनआईसी एशिया क्यापिटल लिमिटेड लाई नियुक्त गरेको छ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार दुवै पक्षबीच शेयर रजिष्ट्रार नियुक्तिसम्बन्धी सम्झौता सम्पन्न भइसकेको छ। सम्झौताअनुसार एनआईसी एशिया क्यापिटलले कम्पनीका संस्थापक तथा सर्वसाधारणमा निष्कासन गरिएका साधारण शेयरसम्बन्धी सम्पूर्ण रजिष्ट्रार सेवा प्रदान गर्नेछ।
यस सेवाअन्तर्गत कम्पनीका शेयरहरू सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेड मा दर्ता गर्ने, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेड मा सूचीकृत गर्ने, बाँडफाँट भएका शेयर लगानीकर्ताको हितग्राही खातामा जम्मा गरिदिने, कारोबार अभिलेख राख्ने, दाखिल–खारेज गर्ने तथा शेयरधनी लगत अद्यावधिक गर्ने लगायतका कार्यहरू समेटिनेछन्।
कम्पनीले उक्त सेवा २०८२ साल फागुन १० गते आइतबारदेखि थापाथलीस्थित ट्रेड टावर नेपालबाट सञ्चालन हुने जानकारी दिएको छ।
Hotel Forest Inn Limited (Holiday Inn Resort, Budhanilkantha) has appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited as its official share registrar.
According to the company, an agreement has been signed between both parties regarding the appointment. Under this agreement, NIC Asia Capital will provide comprehensive registrar services for the company’s founder shares as well as ordinary shares issued to the general public.
The services include registering shares with CDS and Clearing Limited, listing them on Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, depositing allotted shares into investors’ demat accounts, maintaining transaction records, handling transfers, and updating shareholder records.
The company informed that these services will be operated from Trade Tower Nepal, Thapathali, starting from Falgun 10, 2082 (Sunday).
With the appointment of a professional share registrar, the company expects its share management system to become more organized, transparent, and efficient. This move is also expected to enhance investor convenience and strengthen the company’s credibility in the capital market.
