होटल पार्क ल्यान्डले १५ करोडको आईपीओ ल्याउन धितोपत्र बोर्डसँग माग्यो अनुमतिHotel Park Land Applies for Approval to Issue Rs. 150 Million IPO
होटल पार्क ल्यान्ड लिमिटेडले प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) ल्याउनका लागि नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डसँग अनुमति माग गरेको छ। कम्पनीले आईपीओ निष्कासनका लागि बोर्डमा औपचारिक निवेदन दर्ता गराएको हो। होटलले १५ करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको आईपीओ जारी गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ, जसअन्तर्गत प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका कुल १५ लाख कित्ता साधारण सेयर निष्कासन गरिनेछ। यस आईपीओको बिक्री प्रबन्धकका रूपमा सिटिजन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई नियुक्त गरिएको छ।
Hotel Park Land Limited has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal for approval to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has submitted a formal application seeking permission to float its shares in the primary market. Under the proposed plan, the hotel intends to raise Rs. 150 million by issuing 1.5 million ordinary shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. Citizens Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the IPO.
