ICFC Finance Announces 15.79% Cash Dividend from Last Fiscal Year

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) has announced a dividend distribution from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared a cash dividend of 15.7895%, including tax purposes, on its current paid-up capital. The decision was made during the board of directors’ meeting held on Kartik 23, 2082. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after obtaining approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
