आईसीएफसी फाइनान्सले मंसिर २९ गते साधारण सभा बोलायो, १५.७८% लाभांश पारित हुनेICFC Finance Calls AGM for December 29, to Approve 15.78% Dividend
आईसीएफसी फाइनान्स लिमिटेडले लाभांशलगायतका एजेन्डा पारित गर्न मंसिर २९ गते साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ। मंसिर ७ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले साधारण सभा बोलाउने निर्णय गरेको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
फाइनान्सको वार्षिक साधारण सभा मंसिर २९ गते, सोमबार, बौद्ध हेरिटेज, बौद्ध पिपलबोट, काठमाडौंमा बिहान १० बजे सुरु हुनेछ। सभामा गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि प्रस्तावित १५.७८ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरणको प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ र पारित हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
साथै, सभामा अध्यक्षद्वारा प्रस्तुत आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१–८२ को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदनमाथि छलफल गरी अनुमोदन गरिनेछ। लेखा परीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित वासलात, नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब, नगद प्रवाह विवरण तथा सम्बन्धित अनुसूचिहरू पारित गर्नेछ। यस्तै, चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२–८३ का लागि लेखा परीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने र उनको पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि सभाले छान्नेछ।
साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले मंसिर १९ गते बुक क्लोज मिति तय गरेको छ। त्यसअनुसार मंसिर १८ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई नाममा शेयर कायम भएका शेयरधनीहरू मात्रै प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न र सभामा सहभागी हुन योग्य हुनेछन्।
ICFC Finance Limited has announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 29 to endorse dividend and other key proposals. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors during a meeting held on December 7.
The AGM is scheduled for Monday, December 29, at 10:00 AM at Boudha Heritage, Boudha Peepalbot, Kathmandu. During the meeting, the company will present and pass the proposal to distribute a 15.78% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The meeting will also discuss and approve the annual report of FY 2081/82 presented by the Chairman, along with the auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, and related financial schedules. Additionally, the AGM will appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year 2082/83 and determine their remuneration.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has set December 19 as the book closure date. Therefore, only shareholders who have traded and remained on the shareholder register until December 18 will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and attend the AGM.
