ICFC Finance Limited’s 30 Crore Rupees Bond Sale Ends Today

ICFC Finance Limited has started selling bonds worth 30 crore rupees from Magh 9, and today is the last day to apply. The company has issued 300,000 units of bonds at a rate of 1,000 rupees per unit, totaling 30 crore rupees. Of these, 180,000 units will be sold to various organizations, while the remaining 120,000 units will be provided to the general public. 5% of the bonds allocated for the general public are reserved for collective investment schemes.

ICFC has issued a 7-year bond offering an annual interest rate of 9% under the name "9% ICFC Finance Limited Debenture 2088," with interest payments made after each half-yearly period, subject to tax deductions. Applications for these bonds can be made through CSWAP member banks, financial institutions, and via the My Share software online. The credit rating agency Care Ratings Nepal has assigned the company a 'CARE NP Triple B Minus' rating, indicating a moderate risk in fulfilling its financial obligations.
