क्रेडिट रेटिङ कम्पनी इक्रा नेपालले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीलाई ५७.३९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) दिने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको आधारमा ४ करोड १३ लाख २५ हजार १७२ रुपैयाँ नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्नेछ।
लाभांश प्रतिशत: कम्पनीले चुक्ता पुँजीको ५७.३९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) घोषणा गरेको छ।
साधारणसभा: लाभांश प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न कम्पनीले १२औँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा मंसिर ३ गते, अलफ्ट होटल, ठमेल, काठमाडौंमा दिउँसो २ बजे बोलाएको छ।
सभामा छलफल हुने विषय: सभाले गत आर्थिक वर्षको सञ्चालक समिति तथा लेखापरीक्षकको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदनमाथि छलफल गरी पारित गर्नेछ। साथै, चालू आर्थिक वर्षका लागि लेखापरीक्षकको नियुक्ति र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्नेछ।
यो साधारणसभाले इक्रा नेपालको वित्तीय स्थिरता र भविष्यको रणनीतिहरूमा निर्णय गर्ने महत्वपूर्ण अवसर प्रदान गर्नेछ।
