ICRA Nepal Declares 57.39% Cash Dividend, 12th AGM Scheduled for Mangsir 3

Credit rating company ICRA Nepal has announced a 57.39% cash dividend (including tax) from last fiscal year's profits for its shareholders. The company will distribute NPR 41.325 million in cash dividends based on its current paid-up capital.

Annual General Meeting (AGM): To approve the dividend proposal, the company has called its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 3 at 2 PM at the Aloft Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu.

AGM Agenda: The meeting will discuss and approve the annual reports of the Board of Directors and auditors from the previous fiscal year. It will also appoint auditors and determine their remuneration for the current fiscal year.
