आईसीआरए नेपाल लिमिटेड (ICRA Nepal Limited) ले कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेड र दाउन्ने एग्रो फार्म लिमिटेडका रेटिङ अपडेट सार्वजनिक गरेको छ।
कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको इश्युअर रेटिङ (Issuer Rating) र सबसोर्डिनेटेड डिबेन्चर रेटिङ (Subordinated Debenture Rating) लाई ‘Watch with Negative Implications’ अर्थात् नकारात्मक वाच सूचीबाट हटाइएको हो।
अब बैंकको इश्युअर रेटिङ [ICRANP-IR] BB+ र सबसोर्डिनेटेड डिबेन्चर रेटिङ [ICRANP] LBB+ रहेको छ।
यो रेटिङले बैंकका वित्तीय दायित्व पूरा गर्न मध्यम जोखिम (Moderate Risk of Default) रहेको जनाउँछ।
आईसीआरए नेपालको रेटिङ स्केल अनुसार BB+ स्तर BB भन्दा एक दर्जा माथि र BB– भन्दा एक दर्जा तल पर्छ।
यसले कुमारी बैंकको समग्र वित्तीय स्थिति अघिल्लो चरणको नकारात्मक अवस्थाबाट सुधार हुँदै गएको संकेत गर्दछ।
यसैबीच, दाउन्ने एग्रो फार्म लिमिटेड (Daunne Agro Farm Limited) लाई आईसीआरए नेपालले नयाँ इश्युअर रेटिङ [ICRANP-IR] BB– प्रदान गरेको छ।
यो रेटिङले कम्पनीले आफ्ना वित्तीय दायित्वहरू पूरा गर्न मध्यम जोखिम (Moderate Default Risk) रहेको जनाउँछ।
यो रेटिङ कम्पनीको समग्र ऋण भुक्तानी क्षमता (Overall Creditworthiness) को मापन हो, कुनै विशेष ऋण साधन (Debt Instrument) सँग प्रत्यक्ष सम्बन्धित होइन।
रेटिङ स्केल अनुसार BB– स्तर BB भन्दा एक स्तर तल र BB+ भन्दा दुई स्तर तल पर्छ।
ICRA Nepal Limited has updated the credit ratings of Kumari Bank Limited and Daunne Agro Farm Limited, reflecting notable changes in their financial risk outlooks.
Kumari Bank Limited’s Issuer Rating and Subordinated Debenture Rating have been removed from the ‘Watch with Negative Implications’ category. The bank now holds an issuer rating of [ICRANP-IR] BB+ and a subordinated debenture rating of [ICRANP] LBB+.
According to ICRA Nepal, these ratings indicate a moderate risk of default in meeting financial obligations. On ICRA’s rating scale, BB+ is one notch above BB, and one notch below BBB–, signaling that the bank’s overall credit position has stabilized compared to its previous negative outlook.
Meanwhile, Daunne Agro Farm Limited has been assigned an issuer rating of [ICRANP-IR] BB– by ICRA Nepal.
This rating also denotes a moderate risk of default in fulfilling financial commitments.
The assigned rating reflects the company’s overall creditworthiness and is not specific to any particular debt instrument. On ICRA’s rating scale, BB– is one notch below BB, and two notches below BB+, suggesting a relatively weaker but still moderate credit standing.
