आइक्रा नेपालले हिल्टन हाइड्रो र स्नो रिभर्सको रेटिङ उकास्यो, स्टार माइक्रो इन्स्योरेन्सको रेटिङ यथावत ICRA Nepal Upgrades Hilton Hydro and Snow Rivers Ratings; Reaffirms Star Micro Insurance Rating
आइक्रा नेपाल लिमिटेडले हिल्टन हाइड्रो इनर्जी लिमिटेड र स्नो रिभर्स लिमिटेडको इश्युअर रेटिङ सुधार गरेको छ भने स्टार माइक्रो इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडको रेटिङ पुनः पुष्टि गरेको छ।
कम्पनीले हिल्टन हाइड्रो इनर्जी लिमिटेडको रेटिङ [ICRANP-IR] BB- बाट बढाएर [ICRANP-IR] BB+ गरेको छ। यो सुधारले कम्पनीको ऋण भुक्तानी क्षमतामा सुधार भएको र आर्थिक दायित्व पूरा गर्न मध्यम जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्छ। “+” र “–” चिन्हहरूले सोही श्रेणीभित्रको सापेक्षिक बललाई जनाउँछन्।
त्यस्तै, स्टार माइक्रो इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड को इश्युअर रेटिङ [ICRANP-IR] BB- यथावत राखिएको छ। यसले कम्पनीको ऋण भुक्तानी क्षमतामा मध्यम स्तरको जोखिम रहेको देखाउँछ। आइक्राले स्पष्ट पारेको छ कि यो रेटिङ कम्पनीको समग्र वित्तीय स्थायित्वको सूचक हो, कुनै विशिष्ट ऋण उपकरणको होइन।
यस्तै, स्नो रिभर्स लिमिटेड को इश्युअर रेटिङ पनि [ICRANP-IR] BB- बाट बढाएर [ICRANP-IR] BB+ गरिएको छ। यो कम्पनीको क्रेडिट प्रोफाइलमा सुधार भएको संकेत हो र कम्पनीको ऋण भुक्तानी क्षमतामा तुलनात्मक रूपमा बलियो स्थिति रहेको बताउँछ।
आइक्रा नेपालका अनुसार यी रेटिङहरूले सम्बन्धित कम्पनीहरूको वित्तीय स्थायित्व, नगद प्रवाह र ऋण सेवा क्षमतालाई प्रतिबिम्बित गर्छन्। सुधारिएको रेटिङले लगानीकर्ताहरूमा विश्वसनीयता र विश्वास बढाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
ICRA Nepal Limited has upgraded the issuer ratings of Hilton Hydro Energy Limited and Snow Rivers Limited, while reaffirming the rating of Star Micro Insurance Company Limited.
The rating agency has upgraded Hilton Hydro Energy Limited’s issuer rating from [ICRANP-IR] BB- to [ICRANP-IR] BB+, reflecting an improvement in the company’s credit profile. The new rating indicates a moderate risk of default in meeting financial obligations. The “+” and “–” symbols represent relative strength within the same rating category.
Similarly, the issuer rating of Star Micro Insurance Company Limited has been reaffirmed at [ICRANP-IR] BB-, suggesting that the company continues to carry a moderate level of risk in meeting its financial commitments. ICRA clarified that the rating reflects the company’s overall creditworthiness rather than any specific debt instrument.
Likewise, Snow Rivers Limited has also received an upgrade in its issuer rating from [ICRANP-IR] BB- to [ICRANP-IR] BB+, indicating a stronger financial standing and improved credit profile.
According to ICRA Nepal, these ratings reflect each company’s financial stability, cash flow strength, and debt-servicing capacity. The upgraded ratings are expected to enhance investor confidence and credibility in the respective companies.
