आईजीआई प्रुडेन्सियल इन्स्योरेन्सको ५% नगद लाभांश प्रस्तावIGI Prudential Insurance Proposes 5% Cash Dividend
आईजीआई प्रुडेन्सियल इन्स्योरेन्सले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ काे नाफाबाट ५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। कम्पनीले मंसिर २५ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमार्फत यो निर्णय पारित गरेको हो।
प्रस्तावित नगद लाभांशमा सेयरधनीले तिर्नुपर्ने करसमेत समावेश गरिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ। लाभांश वितरण नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणको स्वीकृति र कम्पनीको आगामी वार्षिक साधारणसभाबाट पारित भएपछि मात्र कार्यान्वयनमा आउनेछ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार स्वीकृत प्रक्रिया पूरा भएपछि लाभांश रकम सेयरधनीको खातामा जमा गराइनेछ।
IGI Prudential Insurance has proposed a 5% cash dividend from its profit for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was endorsed during the board meeting held on Tuesday, Mangsir 25.
According to the company, the proposed cash dividend includes the amount required for tax purposes as well. The distribution will take place only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Once approved, the dividend amount will be credited to the accounts of shareholders.
