आइएमई लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सको साधारण सभा पुस २४ गते, १०.५२६३२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश प्रस्तावIME Life Insurance to Hold 9th AGM on January 8, Proposes 10.52632% Cash Dividend
काठमाडौं । आइएमई लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड (ILI) ले आफ्नो ९औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा पुस २४ गते आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ । साधारण सभा काठमाडौंको धुम्बाराहीस्थित दियो महलमा बिहान १० बजे सुरु हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ ।
साधारण सभामा गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई १०.५२६३२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ । कम्पनीको मंसिर २५ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको २३२औँ बैठकले हाल कायम ५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीको आधारमा ५२ करोड ६३ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको नगद लाभांश (करसहित) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो ।
यसका अतिरिक्त सभामा लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब, वित्तीय विवरण तथा नगद प्रवाह विवरण पारित गर्ने एजेन्डा रहेको छ । साथै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ ।
साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले पुस ११ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ । यसअनुसार पुस १० गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम शेयरधनीहरूले प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न तथा साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन् ।
कम्पनीले स्थिर वित्तीय प्रदर्शनका आधारमा शेयरधनी हितलाई प्राथमिकता दिँदै नगद लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरिएको जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu — IME Life Insurance Company Limited (ILI) has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on January 8 (Poush 24, 2082) at Diyo Mahal, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 10:00 AM.
One of the key agendas of the AGM is to endorse a cash dividend of 10.52632 percent from the profit of fiscal year 2021/22 (FY 2081/82). The dividend proposal was approved by the company’s 232nd meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 10 (Mangsir 25).
Based on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs 5 billion, the proposed cash dividend amounts to Rs 526.3 million, including applicable taxes.
The AGM will also consider and approve the auditor’s report, profit and loss account, financial statements, and cash flow statements. In addition, the meeting will appoint an auditor and determine remuneration for the fiscal year 2022/23 (FY 2082/83).
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has announced a book closure date on December 26 (Poush 11). Accordingly, shareholders who hold the company’s shares until December 25 (Poush 10) will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and attend the AGM.
