नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले चेक, बिल, पे-अर्डरजस्ता वित्तीय उपकरणमार्फत रकम भुक्तानी र खातामा रकम जम्मा गर्दा अपनाउनुपर्ने नियमबारे जानकारी गराएको छ। वित्तीय उपकरण प्रयोग गर्दा सम्पूर्ण रकम खातामा जम्मा गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था रहेको छ।
यदि कुनै पनि शुल्क लिने प्रचलन रहेको भए, बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले ग्राहकलाई अग्रिम जानकारी गराई मात्र रकम कटौती गर्नुपर्नेछ।
साथै, कुनै पनि व्यक्ति, फर्म, कम्पनी वा संस्थाले चेक प्रयोग गर्दा खातामा पर्याप्त रकम उपलब्ध नभए, ग्राहकको खाताबाट कुनै पनि शुल्क वा रकम लिन पाइँदैन।

Nepal Rastra Bank has issued important guidelines regarding the use of financial instruments such as cheques, bills, and pay orders for transactions and account deposits. The rules emphasize that the full amount stated in such financial instruments must be deposited into the customer's account.
If there are any charges associated with the use of financial instruments, banks and financial institutions must inform the customers in advance before deducting any amount from their accounts.
Furthermore, if any individual, firm, company, or institution deposits a cheque into their account and there is insufficient balance in the issuing account, no charges or amounts can be deducted from the customer's account under any circumstances.
