म्युचुअल फन्डहरुको प्रतिइकाई खुद सम्पति मूल्य (न्याभ) मा सुधारImprovement in net asset value (NAV) per unit of mutual funds
आर्थिक वर्ष समाप्त हुन करिब १ महिना बाँकी रहँदा सूचीकृत म्युचुअल फन्डहरुको प्रतिइकाई खुद सम्पति मूल्य (न्याभ) मा सुधार आएको छ। न्याभ बढेपनि सूचीकृत फन्डहरु अझै डिस्काउन्ट रेटमा खरिद गर्न सकिने तथ्यांकले देखाएको छ। सेयर स्क्रिनिङ सफ्टवेयर ‘स्मार्ट वेल्थ प्रो’ले उपलब्ध गराएको तथ्यांक अनुसार जेठ १८ गतेसम्म सबै फन्डहरु डिस्काउन्ट रेटमा बजारमा उपलब्ध छन्। यसको अर्थ यिनीहरको इकाई मूल्य न्याभ भन्दा कम छ। फन्डहरुको कुल सम्पतिलाई जारी इकाईले भाग गर्दा आउने प्रतिफल नै प्रतिइकाई खुद सम्पति मूल्य (न्याभ) हो। न्याभ भन्दा कम बजार भाउ छ भने त्यो अन्डभ्याल्यू मानिन्छ। त्यसैलाई डिस्काउन्ट रेट भनिएको हो। त्यसैगरी, न्याभ भन्दा धेरै बजार भाउ छ भने त्यो ओभर भ्याल्यू मानिन्छ।
जेठ महिनामा बजारमा केही सुधार देखिसँगै फन्डहरुको न्याभ बढेको हो। यिनीहरुको लगानीको ठूलो हिस्सा सेयर बजारमा रहेको हुन्छ। त्यसैले बजारमा उतारचढाव आउँदा फन्डहरुको न्याभ पनि तलमाथि हुने गर्छ। आर्थिक वर्ष सकिने समय नजिकिँदै गर्दा यिनीहरुको न्याभमा सुधार आउनु निकै राम्रो हो। किनकि यी सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट आगामी वर्ष लाभांश वितरण गर्छन्। यदि न्याभ १० रुपैयाँ भन्दा कम छ भने यिनीहरुले लाभांश वितरण गर्न मिल्दैन।
जानकारहरुको भनाई अनुसार न्याभ बढ्ने र बजारमा फन्डहरुको इकाई डिस्काउन्ट रेटमा खरिद गर्न पाउनु निकै राम्रो हो। यी मध्ये एनआइबीएल ग्रोथ फन्ड २१.०६ प्रतिशत डिस्काउन्ट रेटमा उपलब्ध रहेको स्मार्ट वेल्थले जनाएको छ। यसको न्याभ १०.१६ रुपैयाँ रहेको छ भने प्रति इकाई मूल्य ८.०२ रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। दोस्रोमा, लक्ष्मी भ्याल्यू फन्ड-२ २० प्रतिशत डिस्काउन्टमा खरिद गर्न सकिन्छ। यसको भाउ ८.१० रुपैयाँ भने न्याभ १०.१८ रुपैयाँ देखिएको छ। जम्मा ३ वटा फन्डको मात्र न्याभ ११ रुपैयाँ भन्दा धेरै छ।

Therefore, fluctuations in the market also affect the NAV of the funds. It is very positive to see an improvement in their NAV as the fiscal year approaches its end. This is because these mutual funds distribute dividends from the profits of the current fiscal year in the coming year. If the NAV is less than NPR 10, they cannot distribute dividends.
Experts state that it is very good to see the NAV increase and to be able to buy fund units at a discount rate in the market. Among these, NIBL Growth Fund is available at a 21.06% discount rate, according to Smart Wealth. Its NAV is NPR 10.16, while the unit price is NPR 8.02. Second, Laxmi Value Fund-2 can be bought at a 20% discount. Its price is NPR 8.10, while the NAV is NPR 10.18.
