यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्ना नाममा रहेको १९,२५८ (उन्नाइस हजार दुई सय अन्ठाउन्न मात्र) कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीको लागि संस्था समक्ष लिखित रुपमा निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भए अनुसार उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरिलिन इच्छुक हाल कायम यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई वित्तीय संस्थाको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरिलिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा आफुले खरिद गर्ने शेयर कित्ताको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
उक्त समयावधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुको निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त “घ” वर्गका लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०७९ तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको दावी नभएको सम्झि बिक्रीको लागि प्राप्त उक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरिद गरी लगानी गर्न चाहने संस्थापक शेयरधनीभन्दा बाहिरका अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

This financial institution's promoter shareholders have submitted a written application to the institution for the sale of १९,२५८ (nineteen thousand two hundred fifty-eight only) units of promoter shares registered in their names. As per the decision made in the Board of Directors meeting to proceed with the sale process in due course, this notice has been published for the information of existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution who are interested in purchasing the said promoter shares, as per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank which states that they should be given first priority.
If any promoter shareholder is interested in purchasing the promoter shares of the financial institution, we request them to submit an application specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with necessary documents and evidence, to the company's central office within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice.
If no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within the said period, it will be assumed that the said promoter shareholders have no claim. In such a case, as per the Bank and Financial Institution Act, २०७३, the Integrated Directive, २०७९ issued by Nepal Rastra Bank to "D" class microfinance financial institutions, and other prevailing laws, the necessary process will be initiated to sell the received promoter shares to other individuals/institutions outside of the promoter shareholders who wish to purchase and invest in them. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
