तल्लो हेवाखोला जलविद्युत् आयोजनामा ९८ करोड ऋण लगानीInvestment Secured for Tallo Hewakhola Hydropower Project
पाँचखपन जलविद्युत् प्रालिले निर्माण गर्न लागेको तल्लो हेवाखोला जलविद्युत् आयोजना (०.८४ मेगावाट) का लागि आवश्यक लगानी जुटाइएको छ। सो आयोजनामा सिद्धार्थ बैंक र राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैंकले संयुक्त रूपमा ९८ करोड १७ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको ऋण लगानी गर्ने भएका छन्।
आयोजनाको कुल लागत १ अर्ब ४० करोड २५ लाख रुपैयाँ रहने अनुमान गरिएको छ, जसमा ७० प्रतिशत ऋण र बाँकी ३० प्रतिशत प्रवर्द्धक कम्पनीले लगानी गर्नेछ। कम्पनीका अध्यक्ष वसन्तकुमार तामाङका अनुसार, आयोजनाबाट वार्षिक ४०.८२ गिगावाट घण्टा बिजुली उत्पादन हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
उत्पादित विद्युत् ३३ केभी क्षमताको ३.८ किलोमिटर लामो प्रसारण लाइनमार्फत केन्द्रीय प्रसारण प्रणालीमा जोडिनेछ। आयोजनाको निर्माण कार्य सुरु भइसकेको र तोकिएको समयमा पूरा हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
यो आयोजना पाँचथर जिल्लामा निर्माणाधीन रहेको छ। कम्पनीका अनुसार, आयोजना सम्पन्न भएपछि यसले स्थानीय क्षेत्रमा रोजगारी सृजना र विद्युत् आपूर्तिमा थप योगदान पुर्याउनेछ।
Investment has been secured for the Tallo Hewakhola Hydropower Project (0.84 MW), which is being developed by Panchkhapan Hydropower Pvt. Ltd. Two commercial banks — Siddhartha Bank and Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) — have agreed to provide a combined loan investment of Rs 981.7 million for the project.
The total estimated cost of the project is Rs 1.40 billion, with 70 percent financed through bank loans and 30 percent through promoter equity. According to Basant Kumar Tamang, the company’s chairman, the project is expected to generate 40.82 gigawatt-hours of electricity annually.
The generated power will be connected to the national grid via a 33 kV transmission line, which will stretch 3.8 kilometers from the project site. The hydropower project is located in Panchthar District, where construction has already commenced.
The promoter company stated that the project is progressing as planned and will be completed within the scheduled timeframe, contributing to local employment generation and increased electricity supply in the region.
