श्रीनगर एग्रीटेकको आईपीओ बाँडफाँड आज बिहान १०:३० बजे हुँदैIPO Allotment of Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited Taking Place Today at 10:30 AM
श्रीनगर एग्रीटेक इन्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्कासन गरेको प्राथमिक शेयर (आईपीओ) को बाँडफाँड आज बुधबार, कात्तिक १२ गते बिहान १०:३० बजे हुँदैछ।
कम्पनीको आईपीओ निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडका अनुसार बाँडफाँड कार्य कम्पनीको कार्यालयमा बिहानैदेखि सुरु गरिनेछ।
श्रीनगर एग्रीटेकको आईपीओमा लगानीकर्ताको अत्यधिक चासो देखिएको छ। असोज २६ गतेदेखि २९ गतेसम्म खुला गरिएको यस निष्कासनमा कुल १९ लाख ४२ हजार ६८२ जना आवेदकले २ करोड १७ लाख २ हजार ८० कित्ता सेयरका लागि आवेदन दिएका थिए।
यो संख्या कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्कासन गरेको २५ लाख १० हजार ४९३ कित्ता सेयरभन्दा करिब ६.६४ गुणा बढी हो। आवेदन अत्यधिक भएकाले बाँडफाँड गोलाप्रथाबाट (लक्की ड्र) हुने भएको छ।
यसअघि कम्पनीले आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीयबासी र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूलाई सेयर बिक्री गरी बाँडफाँड गरिसकेको थियो।
कम्पनीले सफलतापूर्वक आईपीओ बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरेपछि सेयरहरू लगानीकर्ताको डिम्याट खातामा जम्मा गरिनेछ र केही दिनभित्र नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत गरिने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
The IPO (Initial Public Offering) allotment of Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited is being held today, Wednesday, 12th Kartik, starting at 10:30 AM.
According to the issue manager, Nabil Investment Banking Limited, the allotment process will begin this morning at the company’s office.
The IPO of Shreenagar Agritech received an overwhelming response from investors. By the closing date on 29th Ashwin, a total of 1,942,682 applicants had applied for 21,702,080 units of shares.
This is approximately 6.64 times more than the 2,510,493 units of shares issued to the general public. As the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment will be conducted through a lottery (lucky draw) system.
Earlier, the company had already completed share issuance and allotment to project-affected local residents and Nepalis working abroad.
Once the allotment is completed, the allotted shares will be credited to investors’ demat accounts, and the company’s shares are expected to be listed on NEPSE within the coming days.
