मध्यपूर्वमा जारी युद्धका बीच इरानले खाडी क्षेत्रका ऊर्जा पूर्वाधार र जहाजहरूलाई लक्षित गर्दै नयाँ ड्रोन र क्षेप्यास्त्र आक्रमण सुरु गरेपछि विश्व ऊर्जा बजारमा थप अस्थिरता देखिएको छ। बिहीबार बिहान दुई तेल ट्याङ्करमा आक्रमण भएपछि केही घण्टामा कच्चा तेलको मूल्य पुनः उकालो लाग्दै १०० डलर प्रति बैरल नाघेको छ।तेहरानले खाडी क्षेत्रका छिमेकी देशहरू र इजरायलमाथि नयाँ आक्रमणको लहर चलाएपछि क्षेत्रीय तनाव झनै चर्किएको छ। इरानले यो युद्ध लामो समयसम्म चल्न सक्ने चेतावनी दिँदै त्यसले विश्व अर्थतन्त्रलाई 'ध्वस्त पार्न सक्ने' दाबी गरेको छ।यसै बीच, अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्पले इरान अन्ततः पराजयको दिशामा रहेको दाबी गरे पनि युद्ध तत्काल समाप्त नहुने चेतावनी दिएका छन्। अमेरिकाले इरानको पूर्वाधारमा आक्रमण गर्न सक्ने सङ्केत दिएको छ, जसको पुनर्निर्माण एक पुस्ता लाग्न सक्छ।यो युद्ध विस्तार हुँदै जाँदा क्षेत्रका विभिन्न देशहरू प्रभावित भएका छन्। लेबनानमा इजरायली आक्रमण तीव्र बनेको छ, जहाँ ६३० भन्दा बढी व्यक्तिको मृत्यु भएको छ र ८ लाख भन्दा बढी नागरिक विस्थापित भएका छन्।खाडी क्षेत्रमा पनि सुरक्षा स्थिति तनावपूर्ण बनेको छ। इरानी आक्रमणपछि बहराइनले बासिन्दाहरुलाई घरभित्रै बस्न र झ्याल बन्द राख्न आग्रह गरेको छ। साउदी अरेबियाले सायबाह तेल क्षेत्रतर्फ गइरहेका ड्रोनहरू रोकिएको जनाएको छ। ओमानको सलालाह बन्दरगाहमा ड्रोन प्रहारपछि केही सञ्चालन अस्थायी रूपमा रोकिएका छन्।होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य आसपासका समुद्री मार्गहरू पनि प्रभावित भएका छन्। संयुक्त अरब इमिरेट्स नजिकै एउटा कन्टेनर जहाजलाई अज्ञात प्रक्षेप्यले प्रहार गर्दा सानो आगलागी भएको छ, जसमा सबै चालकदल सुरक्षित छन्।दक्षिणी इराक नजिक दुई तेल ट्याङ्करमा आक्रमण हुँदा एक चालक दल सदस्यको मृत्यु भएको र ३८ जनालाई उद्धार गरिएको अधिकारीहरूले बताएका छन्। खाडी क्षेत्रको तेल आपूर्ति जोखिममा रहेको छ, इरानले चेतावनी दिएको छ कि यो क्षेत्रबाट एक थोपा तेल पनि निर्यात गर्न नदिनेछ।यो युद्धको मानवीय असर पनि तीव्र बन्दै गएको छ। बेरुतमा इजरायली आक्रमणले आवासीय भवनहरूलाई क्षतिग्रस्त बनाएको छ र स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरू खुलेको स्थानमा बस्न बाध्य भएका छन्।युद्धको आर्थिक असर पनि ठूलो छ, अमेरिकाले हालसम्म ११ अर्ब ३० करोड डलरभन्दा बढी खर्च गरेको छ।
Amid ongoing war in the Middle East, Iran has launched new drone and missile attacks targeting energy infrastructure and ships in the Gulf region, further destabilizing global energy markets. On Thursday morning, two oil tankers were attacked, causing crude oil prices to spike above $100 per barrel just hours later. Tensions have escalated as Tehran has initiated a wave of attacks on neighboring Gulf countries and Israel, warning that the conflict could last for a long time and devastate the global economy.Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that Iran is ultimately heading for defeat, though he warned that the war would not end immediately. The U.S. has signaled potential strikes on Iran’s infrastructure, which could take generations to rebuild. Oman’s Salalah port has temporarily suspended operations after a drone strike hit a fuel tanker. Additionally, maritime routes near the Strait of Hormuz have been affected, with an unidentified projectile striking a container ship near the UAE, causing a small fire.The Gulf region, a critical chokepoint for global oil supply, faces the risk of being effectively blocked due to these tensions. Iran has warned it will prevent any oil exports from the region, further threatening global supply chains. Multiple attacks involving ships have been reported in recent days, with some crew members reported missing or dead.As international tensions rise, the human toll of the war has also intensified. In Beirut, Israeli airstrikes have destroyed residential buildings, leaving locals terrified and seeking refuge in open spaces. Amidst the ongoing conflict, Israel has continued its widespread attacks on Hezbollah-related infrastructure in Lebanon.The economic impact of the war has also been significant, with the U.S. incurring more than $11 billion in costs so far, according to the New York Times. The war has deeply affected both regional stability and the global energy market.
