Janautthan Laghubitta's 14th Annual General Meeting on Falgun 24: Shareholder Registration Book to Close

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has decided to hold its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 24, 2079. For this purpose, the shareholder registration book will be closed from Falgun 5, 2079. In a meeting held on Magh 23, the company’s Board of Directors approved a proposal to distribute a 23.15% bonus share and a 1.21% cash dividend. The AGM will discuss dividend distribution, board member elections, and other significant agendas. Shareholders are requested to complete the necessary procedures within the stipulated time.
