ज्योति विकास बैंक लिमिटेडले एक सूचना जारी गर्दै संस्थापक सेयरधनीको नाममा रहेको संस्थापक सेयर आजदेखि बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। बैंकले बिक्रीमा राखेको सेयर संख्या भने खुलाएको छैन। इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरू, कम्पनी संघसंस्था, वा सर्वसाधारणले यो सेयर खरिदका लागि आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले सूचना प्रकाशित भएको ३५ दिनभित्र काठमाडौं कमलपोखरीस्थित बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा के कति सेयर खरिद गर्न चाहेको हो उल्लेख गरी आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited has issued a notice announcing the sale of promoter shares held in the name of the founder shareholders from today. However, the bank has not disclosed the number of shares being sold.
Interested individuals, companies, organizations, or the general public can apply to purchase these shares. Interested investors can submit their applications mentioning the number of shares they wish to purchase at the bank’s central office in Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu, within 35 days of the notice publication.
