जीवन विकास लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले १ लाख ३३ हजार ३०२ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। संस्थाले ३ जना संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको स्वामित्वमा रहेको उक्त सेयरहरू आज (गुरुवार) देखि बिक्रीमा ल्याएको हो।
बिक्रीमा राखिएका सेयरमध्ये ४ हजार ३० कित्ता, ५९ हजार ६२२ कित्ता र ६९ हजार ६५० कित्ता गरी जम्मा १ लाख ३३ हजार ३०२ कित्ता सेयर रहेका छन्। यस सेयर खरिदका लागि संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूका साथै अन्य व्यक्ति तथा कम्पनीहरूले समेत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
४ हजार ३० कित्ता सेयरको न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता ५२५ रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ भने बाँकी अन्य सेयरहरूको मूल्य ५३० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम २५० कित्ता सेयरका लागि आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
यस सेयर बिक्रीको बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी एनएमबि क्यापिटललाई दिइएको छ। इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताहरूले तोकिएको मूल्यमा आवेदन दिई सेयर खरिद प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन सक्नेछन्।
Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put up 133,302 units of promoter shares for sale. These shares belong to three existing promoter shareholders and have been made available for purchase starting today (Thursday).
The shares on sale are divided as follows: 4,030 units, 59,622 units, and 69,650 units, totaling 133,302 promoter shares. Both existing promoter shareholders and any interested individuals or companies are eligible to apply for the purchase.
The minimum price for the 4,030 units is set at NPR 525 per share, while the remaining shares are priced at NPR 530 per share. Interested investors must apply for a minimum of 250 shares.
NMB Capital has been appointed as the sales manager for this transaction. Eligible buyers can proceed with the application process at the mentioned prices through NMB Capital.
