काठमाडौं — जोशी हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनी लिमिटेड (JOSHI) ले आफ्नो अघिल्लो १:०.६५ अनुपातको हकप्रद निष्कासनपछि बाँकी रहेका १,८९,९२७ कित्ता सेयर लिलामीमा बिक्री गर्न लागेको छ। लिलामी असोज २८ गतेदेखि कार्तिक ११ गते, २०८२ सम्म खुला रहनेछ।
कम्पनीले जारी गरेको हकप्रद सेयरमध्ये २२,२४,१७३ कित्ता सेयर (९२.१३%) योग्य आवेदकहरूलाई बाँडफाँड गरिसकेको छ, जबकि ७.८७ प्रतिशत अर्थात् १,८९,९२७ कित्ता सेयर योग्य लगानीकर्ताबाट नलिइएकाले बाँकी रहेका छन्। यही बाँकी सेयरहरू अब सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताका लागि लिलामीमार्फत बिक्री गरिने भएको हो।
यो लिलामीमा व्यक्तिगत तथा संस्थागत दुवै लगानीकर्ता सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्।
लिलामीको न्यूनतम बोली मूल्य रु. १०० प्रति कित्ता निर्धारण गरिएको छ। साधारण हकप्रद सेयरका लागि न्यूनतम आवेदन १०० कित्ता तोकिएको छ। बोलीकर्ताले चाहँदा सम्पूर्ण सेयरका लागि पनि आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्, तर नियामक निकायको नियम अनुसार एक व्यक्तिले तोकिएको सीमा भन्दा बढी सेयर खरिद गर्न नपाउने व्यवस्था लागू हुनेछ।
यस लिलामीको इश्यू मेनेजरको जिम्मेवारी एलएस क्यापिटल लिमिटेड (LS Capital Limited) ले पाएको छ।
यसअघि कम्पनीले श्रावण १५ गतेदेखि भदौ १९ गतेसम्म आफ्ना सेयरधनीका लागि १:०.६५ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गरेको थियो।
Kathmandu — Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited (JOSHI) is set to auction 1,89,927 units of unclaimed right shares from its previous 1:0.65 rights issue. The auction will open on 28th Ashwin 2082 and remain open until 11th Kartik 2082.
Out of the total rights issue, 22,24,173 shares (92.13%) were allotted to valid applicants, while 7.87% or 1,89,927 shares remained unclaimed by eligible shareholders. These unsold right shares will now be auctioned to the general public.
The company had previously issued the 1:0.65 ratio rights shares to its existing shareholders from 15th Shrawan to 19th Bhadra, 2082.
Both individual and institutional investors are eligible to participate in the auction. The minimum bid rate has been set at Rs. 100 per share, and the minimum bid quantity is 100 units. Although investors may bid for the entire issue, they must comply with the regulatory board’s limit on the maximum quantity allowed per entity.
LS Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the auction process.
