जोशी हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनीले आफ्नो हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिने समयलाई लम्ब्याएको छ। कम्पनीले साउन १५ गतेदेखि खुला गरेको हकप्रद शेयरमा अब लगानीकर्ताले थप समयसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। कम्पनीले हालको चुक्ता पूँजीको ६५ प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयरको लागि आवेदन खुला गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले १ः०.६५ को अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ, जसअनुसार १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यको २४ लाख १४ हजार १०० कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गरिएको छ। यस कार्यका लागि कम्पनीले असार ८ गते बुकक्लोज गरेको थियो।

Joshi Hydropower Development Company has extended the application period for its rights issue. The company, which opened the rights issue for subscription on 15th July, has now provided investors with additional time to apply. The rights issue represents 65% of the company's current paid-up capital.
The company has proposed a rights issue ratio of 1:0.65, offering 24,14,100 shares at an issue price of NPR 100 per share. The book close for this rights issue was conducted on 8th June.
