जोशी हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आफ्ना बाँकी हकप्रद शेयरहरू लिलामी (शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र) प्रणालीमार्फत बिक्री गर्न लागेको छ। कम्पनीले यसअघि सर्वसाधारण समूहका लागि हकप्रद शेयर बिक्रीका लागि आवेदन माग गरेको थियो। तर, तोकिएको अवधिभित्र सम्पूर्ण शेयरका लागि आवेदन नपरेपछि बाँकी शेयरहरू बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाबाट बिक्री गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बाँडफाँट निर्देशिका, २०७४ को निर्देशन नम्बर १५ को प्रावधानका आधारमा बाँकी शेयर बिक्री गर्न लागेको हो। यसका लागि कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिले विशेष बैठकमार्फत निर्णय गर्दै इच्छुक व्यक्ति, कम्पनी, संघ वा संस्थाहरूलाई निर्धारित म्यादभित्र बोलपत्र पेश गर्न अनुरोध गरेको छ।
कम्पनीले सार्वजनिक गरेको सूचनाअनुसार, इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताहरूले २०८२ कात्तिक ११ गते (मंगलबार) अपरान्ह ३:०० बजेभित्र बोलपत्र बुझाइसक्नुपर्नेछ। कम्पनीले तोकेको म्यादपछि प्राप्त हुने आवेदन अमान्य हुने जनाएको छ।
जोशी हाइड्रोपावरको अनुसार, यसपटक लिलामीमार्फत सर्वसाधारण समूहका १ लाख ८९ हजार ९२७ कित्ता शेयरहरू बिक्री गरिँदै छन्। ती सबै बाँकी हकप्रद शेयर हुन्, जसका लागि न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रति कित्ता रू. १०० तोकिएको छ।
बोलपत्र फाराम लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, कमलपोखरी, काठमाडौंबाट प्राप्त गर्न सकिनेछ। त्यस्तै, फाराम बुझाउनका लागि लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंक लिमिटेडका विभिन्न शाखा कार्यालयहरू — विराटनगर (हनुमानदास सडक), वीरगञ्ज (आदर्शनगर), हेटौंडा, पोखरा (न्युरोड), बुटवल (मिलनचोक), वीरेन्द्रनगर (वीरेन्द्रचोक) र धनगढी (लक्ष्मीनारायणचोक) — लाई संकलन केन्द्र तोकिएको छ।
बोलपत्र फाराम वितरण २०८२ असोज २८ गते (मंगलबार) देखि सुरु भइसकेको छ भने अन्तिम मिति २०८२ कात्तिक ११ गते (मंगलबार) सम्म तोकिएको छ। कम्पनीले जनाएको छ, सबै संकलन केन्द्रबाट प्राप्त बोलपत्रहरू एल.एस. क्यापिटल लिमिटेड को कार्यालयमा संकलन गरी पछि बोलपत्र खोल्ने मिति, समय र स्थान राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमार्फत सार्वजनिक गरिनेछ।
कम्पनीले लगानीकर्ताहरूलाई थप जानकारीका लागि २०८२ असोज २१ गते प्रकाशित “नागरिक” र “कारोबार” राष्ट्रिय दैनिकका सूचनाहरू हेर्न आग्रह गरेको छ। उक्त शेयर बिक्री व्यवस्थापनको जिम्मेवारी एल.एस. क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नयाँ बानेश्वर, काठमाडौं लाई दिइएको छ।

Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited has announced that it will sell its remaining right shares through a sealed-bid auction process. The company had previously opened applications for its right shares under the general public category, but some shares remained unsubscribed. As a result, the board of directors decided to sell those remaining shares through a competitive bidding process.
According to the company, the sale will be conducted in accordance with Directive No. 15 of the Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines, 2074. The company’s board meeting approved the decision to invite bids from interested individuals, companies, and institutions.
As per the notice, interested investors must submit their sealed bids by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, Kartik 11, 2082 (October 28, 2025). Any bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Shares Available for Auction
Joshi Hydropower has stated that a total of 1,89,927 units of ordinary shares under the general public category will be auctioned. These are unsold right shares, and the minimum bid price has been set at NPR 100 per share.

The bid form distribution began on Tuesday, Ashwin 28, 2082, and the submission deadline is Tuesday, Kartik 11, 2082. The company stated that after collecting all bid forms from the centers, the date, time, and venue for opening the bids will be announced later through a national daily newspaper.
