कालंगा हाइड्रोको आईपीओ बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न, २५ हजार आवेदकले पाए शेयरKalanga Hydro IPO Allotment Completed; 25,000 Applicants Receive Shares
काठमाडौं । कालंगा हाइड्रो लिमिटेड ले वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि निष्काशन गरेको प्राथमिक सेयर (आईपीओ) बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न गरेको छ। कम्पनीले चैत १० गतेदेखि १५ गतेसम्म खुला गरेको उक्त आईपीओको बाँडफाँट चैत २० गते सम्पन्न भएको हो।कम्पनीका अनुसार ३ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता सेयरका लागि परेको आवेदनमध्ये २५ हजार जना आवेदकलाई प्रचलित कानुनअनुसार शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिएको छ। बाँडफाँटको नतिजा Sanima Capital Limited को वेबसाइट तथा सिडिएससीको प्रणालीमार्फत हेर्न सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।बाँडफाँटमा सफल भएका लगानीकर्ताको खातामा शेयर जम्मा गर्ने प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइनेछ भने असफल आवेदकहरूको रकम सम्बन्धित बैंक खातामार्फत फिर्ता गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ। यसका लागि सि–आस्बा सदस्य संस्थाहरूलाई आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन आग्रह गरिएको छ।वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूलाई लक्षित गर्दै निष्काशन गरिएको उक्त आईपीओप्रति उल्लेख्य आकर्षण देखिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ। ऊर्जा क्षेत्रमा लगानी विस्तार गर्ने लक्ष्यसहित सार्वजनिक निष्काशनमा आएको कम्पनीको आगामी योजना र वित्तीय प्रदर्शनप्रति लगानीकर्ताको ध्यान केन्द्रित भएको छ।
Kathmandu — Kalanga Hydro Limited has completed the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued to Nepali citizens working abroad. The shares were open for subscription from Chaitra 10 to Chaitra 15, and the allotment was finalized on Chaitra 20.According to the company, a total of 350,000 units of shares were distributed among 25,000 successful applicants, in line with prevailing regulations. Investors can check their allotment results through the website of Sanima Capital Limited and the CDSC platforms.The company has stated that shares will be credited to the accounts of successful applicants, while the application amount of unsuccessful applicants will be refunded through their respective bank accounts. C-ASBA member institutions have been requested to facilitate the refund and settlement process.The IPO, targeted at Nepalis working abroad, received notable investor interest. Market observers are now closely watching the company’s future performance as it moves forward with its investment plans in the hydropower sector.
