कालंगा हाइड्रो लिमिटेड ले सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरेको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज (जेठ १३ गते) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका २८ लाख ७० हजार कित्ता साधारण शेयर सर्वसाधारणमा बिक्री खुला गरेको हो।
यसअघि कम्पनीले आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीय बासिन्दा र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको थियो। साथै केही शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोष र कर्मचारीका लागि छुट्याइएको छ।
लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम २० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। आईपीओमा आवेदन सी–आस्बा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था र ‘मेरो शेयर’ प्रणालीमार्फत गर्न सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
कम्पनीले सञ्चालन गरेको १५.३३ मेगावाट क्षमताको कालंगागाड जलविद्युत आयोजना २०७९ माघदेखि व्यवसायिक उत्पादनमा रहेको छ। आईपीओ निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक सानिमा क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
The IPO application period for the general public issued by Kalanga Hydro Limited is closing today (May 27). The company has opened the sale of 2.87 million ordinary shares worth Rs. 287 million at a face value of Rs. 100 per share for general investors.
Earlier, the company had already allotted shares to project-affected locals and Nepali citizens working abroad. A portion of the shares was also reserved for mutual funds and company employees.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. Applications can be submitted through C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions as well as via the online “Mero Share” system.
The company’s 15.33 MW Kalangagad Hydropower Project has been in commercial operation since February 2023. The issue and sales manager for the IPO is Sanima Capital Limited.
