कालंगा हाइड्रो लिमिटेडले चैत १० गतेदेखि आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरुका लागि निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुला गरेको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज, चैत २४ गते, अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ।कम्पनीले १ अर्ब ४० करोड रुपैयाँको पूँजी मध्ये ३५ प्रतिशत अर्थात ४९ करोड रुपैयाँको ४९ लाख कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको थियो। यसमा १४ लाख कित्ता साधारण शेयर आयोजनाका प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरुका लागि निष्काशन गरिएको हो, जसको मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ प्रतिकित्ता रहेको छ।यस आईपीओमा ९ लाख १० हजार कित्ता शेयर बझाङ्ग जिल्लाको केदारस्यूँ गाउँपालिका वडा नं. ४ र ५, बित्थडचिर गाउँपालिका वडा नं. ६ र ८, बुंगल नगरपालिकाको वडा नं. ३, ४, ६, ८ र ५, बैतडी जिल्लाको डिलासैनी गाउँपालिका वडा नं. १ र २ तथा दार्चुला जिल्ला शैल्यशिखर नगरपालिका वडा नं. १ का स्थायी बासिन्दाहरुलाई बाँडफाँट गरिनेछ। त्यस्तै, ४ लाख ९० हजार कित्ता शेयर बझाङ्ग, बैतडी र दार्चुला जिल्लाका अन्य वडाका स्थायी बासिन्दाहरुलाई वितरण गरिनेछ।आईपीओमा न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम २० हजार कित्ता सम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ।कम्पनीले गरेको रेटिङ्गमा केयर रेटिङ्ग नेपालले कम्पनीलाई "केयरएनपी डबल बी" इस्यूअर रेटिङ्ग प्रदान गरेको छ, जसले कम्पनीको दायित्व बहन गर्ने क्षमतामा मध्यम जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्दछ।कालंगा हाइड्रो लिमिटेडले सञ्चालन गरेको १५.३३ मेगावाटको कालंगागाड जलविद्युत आयोजना कुल ४ अर्ब ३३ करोड ९३ लाख ४२ हजार ३१० रुपैयाँको लागतमा सम्पन्न भएको हो। यस आयोजनाबाट २०७९ माघ २७ गतेदेखि विद्युत उत्पादन सुरु भएको छ।कम्पनीको शेयर निष्काशन र बिक्री प्रबन्धक सानिमा क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। स्थानिय बासिन्दाले आवेदन दिनका लागि विभिन्न बैंक र कार्यालयमा जान सक्नेछन्।
Kalanga Hydro Limited has opened the IPO for local residents of the affected areas from Chait 10, and today, Chait 24, is the last day to apply for the shares.The company has been authorized to issue 49 million shares, totaling 49 crores, which is 35% of its capital of NPR 140 crores. Out of this, 14 lakh shares, priced at NPR 100 per share, have been allocated for local residents of the affected areas.A total of 910,000 shares will be distributed to residents from Kedarsyun Village (wards 4 and 5), Bitthadchir Village (wards 6 and 8), Bungal Municipality (wards 3, 4, 6, 8, and 5) in Bajhang district, and residents from Dulasaini Village (wards 1 and 2) in Baitadi district, as well as residents of Shaileshikhar Municipality (ward 1) in Darchula district. The remaining 490,000 shares will be distributed to other wards in the affected regions of Bajhang, Baitadi, and Darchula districts.Applications for the IPO must be made for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares.In the company's rating for the IPO, CARE Ratings Nepal has assigned a "CARENP Double B" issuer rating, indicating a moderate risk in the company's ability to meet its obligations.The Kalangagad Hydro Project, with a total capacity of 15.33 MW, was completed with an investment of NPR 4.33 billion. The project started generating electricity from Magh 27, 2079 (January 10, 2023).The share issue and sales manager for the IPO is Sanima Capital Limited. Local residents can apply for shares at various banks and offices designated for the application process.
