कालीमाटी फलफूल तथा तरकारी बजार विकास समितिले बिहीबार (जेठ २१ गते) का लागि कृषिउपजको अधिकतम थोक मूल्य तोकेको छ । समितिको सूचीअनुसार आज बजारका सबैभन्दा महँगा वस्तुमा सिताके च्याउ र सुकेको माछा परेका छन्, जसको भाउ प्रतिकिलो १ हजार रुपैयाँ कायम गरिएको छ ।
दैनिक उपभोगका तरकारीतर्फ नेपाली ठूलो गोलभेँडा प्रतिकिलो ६० रुपैयाँ र भारतीय ठूलो गोलभेँडा ८० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ । त्यस्तै सानो गोलभेँडा (लोकल) ३० रुपैयाँ र टनेलको सानो गोलभेँडा ४५ रुपैयाँमा कारोबार हुनेछ । आलु रातो (लाम्चो) ३५, आलु रातो (गोलो) ३२ र भारतीय सुकेको प्याजको थोक मूल्य प्रतिकिलो ४३ रुपैयाँ निर्धारण गरिएको छ ।
अन्य तरकारीमा गाजर (लोकल) ८०, बन्दा (लोकल) ५०, स्थानीय काउली ९०, सेतो मूला (हाइब्रिड) २०, भन्टा लाम्चो ५० र भन्टा डल्लो प्रतिकिलो ५८ रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ । त्यसैगरी बोडी (तने) १००, मकै बोडी ८०, घिउ सिमी (लोकल) ९०, घिउ सिमी (हाइब्रिड) ८०, राजमा घिउ सिमी १२०, टाटे सिमी १३० र भटमास कोसाको मूल्य प्रतिकिलो १५० रुपैयाँ छ । तीते करेला ४५, लौका ८०, परवर (लोकल) ७०, चिचिण्डो ५०, घिरौँला ६०, झिगुनी ७०, भिन्डी ५०, सखरखण्ड ८०, पिँडालु ४० र स्कुसको थोक भाउ प्रतिकिलो ८० रुपैयाँ रहेको छ । फर्सीतर्फ पाकेको ६०, हरियो लाम्चो ७० र हरियो डल्लो प्रतिकिलो ६० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ ।
हरिया सागपातमा रायोको साग ७०, पालुङ्गो ९०, चमसुरको साग ९०, मेथीको साग ७० र हरियो प्याज प्रतिकिलो १२० रुपैयाँ कायम छ । च्याउतर्फ कन्य च्याउ २५०, डल्ले च्याउ ४५०, राजा च्याउ ३२० र सिताके च्याउ प्रतिकिलो १ हजार रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ ।
विशेष उपजमा कुरिलो ३५०, न्युरो ९०, ब्रोकाउली १४०, चुकन्दर ६०, सजीवन १२०, रातो बन्दा ५०, जिरीको साग १००, सेलरी १३०, पार्सले २२०, सौंफको साग ९०, पुदिना १२० र गान्टेमूला प्रतिकिलो ६० रुपैयाँ छ । त्यस्तै हरियो मकै ५०, इमली २००, तामा १४०, तोफु १६० र गुन्द्रुकको थोक मूल्य प्रतिकिलो ३५० रुपैयाँ निर्धारण गरिएको छ ।
फलफूलतर्फ फुजी स्याउ प्रतिकिलो ३०० रुपैयाँ छ भने नेपाली केरा प्रतिदर्जन २०० र मालभोग केरा २२० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ । कागती २२०, अनार ४२०, आँप (मालदह) १२०, आँप (दशहरी) १३०, हरियो तरबुजा ४५, भुइँकटहर २००, रुखकटहर ५०, चाइनिज नासपाती १६०, नेपाली मेवा ९० र भारतीय मेवा प्रतिकिलो १०० रुपैयाँ कायम गरिएको छ । मौसमी फल लिचीको भाउ लोकल २५० र भारतीय प्रतिकिलो ३०० रुपैयाँ छ । काँक्रोमा लोकल ९०, हाइब्रिड २५ र लोकलक्रस प्रतिकिलो ८० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ भने काँचो नरिवल ८० र हरियो नरिवल प्रतिकिलो १८० रुपैयाँ निर्धारण गरिएको छ ।
मरमसला तथा माछातर्फ अदुवा १३०, सुकेको खुर्सानी ४५०, हरियो खुर्सानी (लाम्चो) ५०, हरियो खुर्सानी (बुलेट) ५०, माछे खुर्सानी ८० र भेडेखुर्सानी प्रतिकिलो ८० रुपैयाँ छ । हरियो लसुन १८०, हरियो धनियाँ १००, चाइनिज सुकेको लसुन २२० र नेपाली सुकेको लसुनको मूल्य प्रतिकिलो १८० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ । ताजा माछामा रहु ३४०, बचुवा ३०० र छडी प्रतिकिलो २५० रुपैयाँ कायम गरिएको छ भने सुकेको माछाको थोक भाउ प्रतिकिलो १ हजार रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ ।
The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetable Market Development Committee has fixed the maximum wholesale prices of agricultural produce for Thursday. Topping the day's list are shiitake mushrooms and dried fish, both set at Rs 1,000 per kilogram.
Among everyday vegetables, big Nepali tomatoes are priced at Rs 60 per kg while the Indian variety costs Rs 80. Small local tomatoes will trade at Rs 30 and tunnel-grown small tomatoes at Rs 45. Red potatoes have been fixed at Rs 35 (oval) and Rs 32 (round) per kg, while Indian dry onions are set at Rs 43.
Among other vegetables, local carrots are priced at Rs 80, local cabbage at Rs 50, local cauliflower at Rs 90, hybrid white radish at Rs 20, and brinjal at Rs 50 (long) and Rs 58 (round). String cowpea costs Rs 100, makai bodi Rs 80, and French beans Rs 90 (local), Rs 80 (hybrid) and Rs 120 (rajma), with sword beans at Rs 130 and green soybean pods at Rs 150. Bitter gourd is set at Rs 45, bottle gourd at Rs 80, local pointed gourd at Rs 70, snake gourd at Rs 50, sponge gourd at Rs 60, jhiguni at Rs 70, okra at Rs 50, sweet potato at Rs 80, taro at Rs 40 and chayote at Rs 80. Pumpkin is priced at Rs 60 when ripe, while green squash costs Rs 70 (long) and Rs 60 (round).
In leafy greens, mustard greens are fixed at Rs 70, spinach at Rs 90, garden cress at Rs 90, fenugreek greens at Rs 70 and spring onions at Rs 120 per kg. Among mushrooms, the kanya variety costs Rs 250, dalle Rs 450, king (raja) Rs 320 and shiitake Rs 1,000.
Specialty produce includes asparagus at Rs 350, fiddlehead fern (niuro) at Rs 90, broccoli at Rs 140, beetroot at Rs 60, drumstick at Rs 120, red cabbage at Rs 50, jiri greens at Rs 100, celery at Rs 130, parsley at Rs 220, fennel greens at Rs 90, mint at Rs 120 and knolkhol at Rs 60. Green maize is priced at Rs 50, tamarind at Rs 200, bamboo shoots at Rs 140, tofu at Rs 160 and gundruk at Rs 350 per kg.
In fruits, Fuji apples are set at Rs 300 per kg, while bananas cost Rs 200 a dozen for the Nepali variety and Rs 220 for malbhog. Lime is priced at Rs 220, pomegranate at Rs 420, Maldah mango at Rs 120, Dashahari mango at Rs 130, green watermelon at Rs 45, pineapple at Rs 200, jackfruit at Rs 50, Chinese pear at Rs 160, and papaya at Rs 90 (Nepali) and Rs 100 (Indian). Seasonal litchi costs Rs 250 for the local variety and Rs 300 for Indian. Cucumber is fixed at Rs 90 (local), Rs 25 (hybrid) and Rs 80 (local cross), while coconut costs Rs 80 raw and Rs 180 green.
Among spices and fish, ginger is priced at Rs 130, dry chilli at Rs 450, green chilli at Rs 50 for both long and bullet varieties, machhe chilli at Rs 80 and capsicum at Rs 80. Green garlic costs Rs 180, green coriander Rs 100, and dry garlic Rs 220 (Chinese) and Rs 180 (Nepali). Fresh fish has been fixed at Rs 340 for rohu, Rs 300 for bachuwa and Rs 250 for chhadi, while dried fish stands at Rs 1,000 per kg.
