कालिञ्चोक दर्शन लिमिटेडले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट सेयरधनीहरूलाई लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम पुँजीको आधारमा ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर तथा बोनस सेयरमा लाग्ने कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.२६३२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको हो। यसअन्तर्गत कम्पनीले कुल ३ करोड १५ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको लाभांश वितरण गर्नेछ।
मङ्सिर १० गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले सो प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार प्रस्तावित लाभांश नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक (यदि लागू हुन्छ) तथा आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट अनुमोदन भएपछि मात्र सेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गरिनेछ।
कालिञ्चोक दर्शन लिमिटेडले निरन्तर लाभांश वितरणको परम्परा कायम राख्दै यस वर्ष पनि बोनस सेयरमार्फत पुँजी वृद्धि गर्ने नीति अपनाएको देखिन्छ।
Kalinchowk Darshan Limited has announced dividends for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has proposed to distribute 5% bonus shares and an additional 0.2632% cash dividend to cover the tax obligations on the bonus shares. In total, the company will distribute dividends worth Rs. 3 crore 15 lakh.
The decision was approved during the meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Mangsir 10.
According to the company, the proposed dividend will be distributed only after it is endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Kalinchowk Darshan Limited continues its practice of offering returns to shareholders, with this year’s bonus share issuance further contributing to the strengthening of its capital structure.
