यस कालिञ्चोक हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडको सार्वजनिक निष्काशन मार्फत निष्काशन गरिएको साधारण शेयर मिति २०८३/०१/०७ गते बाँडफाँड गरिएको मितिले सामूहिक लगानी कोष नियमावली, २०६७ को नियम ४६ बमोजिम सर्वसाधारणलाई छुट्ट्याईएको शेयर मध्येको ५% ले हुन आउने रु. ४१,२५,००० (अक्षरेपी एकचालिस लाख पच्चिस हजार) रकम बराबरको ४१,२५० कित्ता शेयरको लक इन (Lock In) अवधि श्री नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको पत्र संख्या ८०/८१ चलानी नं. १५२३ को पत्रबाट निर्देशन भए बमोजिम मिति २०८३/०७/०६ (सन् २०२६/१०/२३) मा समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु, नियमनकारी निकाय तथा सबै सरोकारवालाहरु लाई जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशन गरिएको छ ।

Notice regarding the Expiry of Lock-In Period of Ordinary Shares Allocated for Mutual Funds
This notice has been published for the information of all shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all stakeholders that the lock-in period of ४१,२५० kitta shares equivalent to Rs. ४१,२५,००० (in words Forty-One Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand), which is ५% of the shares allocated to the general public from the ordinary shares issued through the public offering of this Kalinchowk Hydropower Limited and allotted on date २०८३/०१/०७, will expire on date २०८३/०७/०६ (October २३, २०२६) as per the directive from the Securities Board of Nepal's letter dated २०८०/०८/२५, Letter No. ८०/८१, Dispatch No. १५२३, in accordance with Rule ४६ of the Mutual Fund Regulations, २०६७.
