सिद्धार्थ बैंकमा कमला बाग्ले स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालक नियुक्तKamala Bagale Appointed as Independent Director of Siddhartha Bank
सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेडले श्रीमती कमला बाग्लेलाई स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालकको रूपमा नियुक्त गरेको छ। बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको २०८२ साल जेठ २३ गते अपरान्ह ३:३० बजे बसेको ४५२औं बैठकले उक्त निर्णय गरेको हो।
बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०७३, कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३, साथै बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाका सञ्चालकका लागि आवश्यक योग्यता तथा कार्य अनुभवसम्बन्धी विनियमावली, २०७४ र बैंकको आन्तरिक नियमावलीअनुसार कमला बाग्लेलाई चार वर्षको कार्यकालका लागि स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालकमा नियुक्त गरिएको हो।
श्रीमती बाग्ले काठमाडौं जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयबाट २०४२ साल माघ २८ गते जारी नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्र नं. ३६ को आधारमा नियुक्त भएको उल्लेख छ। उक्त नियुक्तिको जानकारी नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लिमिटेड (नेप्से) लाई औपचारिक रूपमा पठाइएको छ।
सिद्धार्थ बैंकका कम्पनी सचिव ब्रह्मण घिमिरेद्वारा हस्ताक्षरित पत्रमार्फत उक्त सूचना सार्वजनिक गरिएको हो।
Siddhartha Bank Limited has appointed Ms. Kamala Bagale as an independent director of the bank. The decision was made during the 452nd meeting of the bank's Board of Directors held on Jestha 23, 2082 (Nepali calendar) at 3:30 PM.
The appointment has been made in accordance with the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, the Companies Act, 2063, the Regulation on Minimum Qualification and Experience for Directors of Bank and Financial Institutions, 2074, and the internal policies of the bank.
Ms. Bagale, a Nepali citizen holding Citizenship Certificate No. 36 issued on 2042/11/28 by the District Administration Office, Kathmandu, will serve as an independent director for a term of four years starting from the date of the decision.
The appointment has been formally communicated to the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE). The official notice was signed and issued by Mr. Brakshman Ghimire, Company Secretary of Siddhartha Bank.
