कामना विकास बैंक लिमिटेडले ३५ हजार ५३४ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर लिलाम प्रक्रियाबाट बिक्री गर्ने भएको छ। बैंकले यसअघि संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई खरिद गर्न खुला गरेको थियो, तर तोकिएको समयमा आवेदन नपरेपछि सर्वसाधारणका लागि लिलाममा बिक्री खुला गरेको हो।

संस्थापक समूहका ३५ हजार ५३४ कित्ता शेयर लिलाम बिक्री गरिनेछ।
न्यूनतम मूल्य:
शेयरको न्यूनतम मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ।
खरिद प्रक्रिया:
यो शेयर जोकोही व्यक्ति वा संघसंस्थाले बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाबाट खरिद गर्न सक्नेछन्।
सबैभन्दा बढी मूल्य कबोल गर्ने खरिदकर्तालाई शेयर बिक्री गरिनेछ।

Kamana Bikas Bank Limited has announced the auction of 35,534 promoter shares. Previously, the bank had offered these shares to existing promoter shareholders, but since no applications were received within the specified time, the shares are now open for auction to the general public.
Number of Shares for Sale:
A total of 35,534 promoter shares will be auctioned.
Minimum Price:
The minimum price for the shares has been set at NPR 100 per share.
Purchase Process:
Any individual or institution can participate in the auction by submitting a bid.
The shares will be sold to the highest bidder.
Applicants must bid for the entire number of shares.
Application Period:
Interested buyers can submit their sealed bids between Asoj 18 to Asoj 21 (October 4 to October 7).
Sealed bids must be submitted at Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi.
Bid Opening Date:
The sealed bids will be opened on Asoj 22 (October 8) at 11 AM at the Prabhu Capital office.
