काठमाडौं, चैत २८, २०८१ - कामना सेवा विकास बैंकले विभिन्न पदहरूमा रिक्त रहेका स्थानहरूका लागि रोजगारीको अवसर खुला गरेको छ। बैंकले योग्य, ऊर्जावान्, स्व-प्रेरित र बिक्रीमा रुचि राख्ने नेपाली नागरिकहरूलाई आवेदन दिन आह्वान गरेको छ।
बैंकले निम्न पदहरूका लागि कर्मचारी माग गरेको छ:
सेमी-क्वालिफाइड चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट: केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा सुपरभाइजरसम्मका लागि सीमित संख्यामा। उमेदवारले आईसीएएन वा आईसीएआईबाट सीएपी-२ पूरा गरेको र ३ वर्षको इन्टर्नशिप अनुभव भएको हुनुपर्नेछ।
कानुन विभाग: केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा अफिसरसम्मका लागि। एलएलबी, बीएएलएलबी वा बीबीएमएलएलबी उत्तीर्ण गरी न्यूनतम ५०% अंक वा २.४० सीजीपीए प्राप्त गरेको र अधिवक्ताको लाइसेन्स भएका उमेदवारले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
डिजिटल अपरेसन विभाग: केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा सुपरभाइजरसम्मका लागि सीमित संख्यामा। स्नातक तहमा न्यूनतम ५०% अंक वा २.४० सीजीपीए प्राप्त गरेको र डिजिटल अपरेसनसम्बन्धी अनुभव भएका उमेदवार योग्य मानिनेछन्।
डिपोजिट एन्ड ट्रान्जेक्सन बैंकिङ: केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा अफिसरसम्मका लागि। व्यवस्थापन वा अर्थशास्त्रमा स्नातक तहमा ५०% अंक वा २.४० सीजीपीए प्राप्त गरेको र ट्रान्जेक्सन बैंकिङको अनुभव भएका उमेदवारले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
शाखा प्रबन्धक: देशभरका शाखाहरूमा अफिसरसम्मका लागि। स्नातक तहमा ५०% अंक वा २.४० सीजीपीए प्राप्त गरेको र शाखा व्यवस्थापनमा कम्तीमा ३ वर्षको अनुभव भएका उमेदवार योग्य हुनेछन्।
सर्भिस म्यानेजर: देशभरका शाखाहरूमा सुपरभाइजरसम्मका लागि। स्नातक तहमा ५०% अंक वा २.४० सीजीपीए प्राप्त गरेको र शाखा सञ्चालनमा कम्तीमा २ वर्षको अनुभव भएका उमेदवारले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
उमेर मापदण्ड: सहायक तहका लागि ३० वर्ष र अफिसर तहका लागि ३५ वर्ष ननाघेको हुनुपर्नेछ।
इच्छुक उमेदवारले २०८२ वैशाख १० गते (२३ अप्रिल २०२५) भित्र आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। प्रारम्भिक छनौटमा उत्तीर्ण भएका उमेदवारहरूलाई मात्र थप प्रक्रियाका लागि सम्पर्क गरिनेछ।

Kathmandu, April 10, 2025 - Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has announced job vacancies for multiple positions, inviting applications from qualified, energetic, self-motivated, and sales-oriented Nepali citizens to join its team.
The bank is seeking candidates for the following roles:
Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant: Limited positions at the Central Office, up to Supervisor level. Candidates must have completed CAP-II from ICAN or ICAI and have 3 years of articleship experience.
Legal Department: Positions at the Central Office, up to Officer level. Candidates should have completed LLB, BALLB, or BBMLLB with at least 50% marks or a 2.40 CGPA and hold an advocate license.
Digital Operations Department: Limited positions at the Central Office, up to Supervisor level. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or a 2.40 CGPA and prior experience in digital operations such as Card, Mobile Banking, Demat, QR, Wallet, and other digital products.
Deposit & Transaction Banking: Positions at the Central Office, up to Officer level. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics with at least 50% marks or a 2.40 CGPA and experience in transaction banking, marketing activities, and liaising with merchants and vendors.
Branch Managers: Positions across all regions, up to Officer level. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or a 2.40 CGPA and a minimum of 3 years of banking experience in branch management.
Service Managers: Positions across all regions, up to Supervisor level. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or a 2.40 CGPA and at least 2 years of experience in branch operations, with strong knowledge of risk management and operational excellence.
Age Criteria: Candidates should not exceed 30 years for Assistant-level positions and 35 years for Officer-level positions as of the application deadline.
