कामना सेवा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडले आफ्नो उन्नाइसौं वार्षिक साधारणसभा (AGM) यही असोज २४ गते, २०८२ (सन् २०२५ अक्टोबर १०, शुक्रबार) आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ। बैंकको असोज ३१ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको ३९९औं बैठकले साधारणसभा बोलाउने निर्णय गरेको हो।
सभा काठमाडौंको नक्सालस्थित लिसारा रिसेप्शन, भगवती बाहालमा बिहान ११ बजे सुरु हुने बैंकले जनाएको छ। साधारणसभामा सञ्चालक समितिको प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को वासलात, नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब लगायतका वित्तीय विवरणमाथि छलफल र अनुमोदन हुनेछन्।

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has announced that its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Ashwin 24, 2082 (October 10, 2025, Friday). The decision was made in the bank’s 399th board meeting held on Bhadra 31, 2082.
The AGM will take place at Lisara Reception, Bhagwati Bahal, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM. The agenda includes the presentation and approval of the Board of Directors’ report, the auditor’s report, as well as the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and other financial statements for FY 2081/82.
