कामना सेवा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडले २०७९/८० को लागि साधारण सभा आह्वान गरेको छ। साधारण सभा आगामी २०७९/०६/२३ गते मिति तय गरिएको छ। यस अवसरमा बैंकले लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्तावलाई अनुमोदन गर्नेछ।
साधारण सभा मिति: २०७९/०६/२३ गते, १:३० बजे।
बुक क्लोज मिति: बैंकले २०७९/०६/१० देखि बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यस मितिपछि शेयरधनीहरूले साधारण सभामा भाग लिन तथा लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्ने छैनन्।
लाभांश प्रस्ताव: बैंकले साधारण सभामा लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्तावलाई पेश गर्नेछ।
शेयरधनीहरूको ध्यानाकर्षण: शेयरधनीहरूलाई बुक क्लोज मिति भित्र आफ्नो शेयरहरू अद्यावधिक गर्न सूचना जारी गरिएको छ।
शेयरधनीहरूलाई साधारण सभामा उपस्थित हुन र साधारण सभा तथा बुक क्लोज सम्बन्धी जानकारीलाई ध्यानमा राख्न अनुरोध छ।
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2079/80. The AGM is scheduled to be held on 23rd Ashwin 2079 (October 9, 2024). During this meeting, the bank will propose the distribution of dividends for approval.
AGM Date: 23rd Ashwin 2079 (October 9, 2024) at 1:30 PM.
Book Closure Date: The bank has decided to close its book from 10th Ashwin 2079 (September 26, 2024) onwards. Shareholders who do not update their shares before this date will not be eligible to participate in the AGM or receive dividends.
Dividend Proposal: The bank will present a dividend distribution proposal during the AGM.
Shareholder Notice: Shareholders are advised to update their share records before the book closure date.
Shareholders are encouraged to attend the AGM and take note of the book closure information.
