कान्तिपुर फर्मास्युटिकल्स ल्याब लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि साधारण सेयर (IPO) जारी गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ। सेयर निष्कासन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन कम्पनीले बिक्री प्रबन्धकका रूपमा मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटललाई नियुक्त गरिसकेको छ।
मुख्य बुँदाहरू:
आईपीओ जारी गर्न: कम्पनीले जारी पुँजीको १४.८६ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ११ लाख कित्ता साधारण सेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई बिक्री गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ।
कम्पनीको स्थापना र उद्देश्य: सन् २०१८ मा स्थापना भएको कान्तिपुर फर्मास्युटिकल्स ल्याबले औषधी व्यवस्था विभागबाट उत्पादन तथा बजारीकरणको दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त गरेको छ। यसले भेटेरिनरी औषधी तथा आहारपूरक सप्लिमेन्ट्सको उत्पादन र बिक्री वितरण गर्दै आएको छ।
उत्पादन र बजारमा उपस्थिति: कम्पनीले हाल १३ वटा औषधीको बिक्रीवितरण प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त गरेर नेपाली बजारमा बिक्रीवितरण गरिरहेको छ। साथै, २१ वटा अन्य आहारपूरक सप्लिमेन्ट्सहरूको पनि उत्पादन तथा वितरण गरिरहेको छ।
विशेषता: यो भेटेरिनरी औषधी उद्योग अन्तर्गत सर्वसाधारणमा सेयर निष्कासन गर्ने पहिलो औषधी उद्योग हो।

कान्तिपुर फर्मास्युटिकल्सको आईपीओ जारी गर्ने निर्णयले भेटेरिनरी औषधी उद्योगमा सर्वसाधारणको सहभागिता बढाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।

IPO Issuance: The company plans to sell 1.1 million ordinary shares, which is 14.86% of its issued capital, to the public.
Company's Establishment and Purpose: Established in 2018, Kantipur Pharmaceuticals Lab has received a production and marketing registration certificate from the Department of Drug Administration. The company is engaged in the production and distribution of veterinary medicines and nutritional supplements.
Production and Market Presence: The company currently holds distribution certificates for 13 medicines and is distributing them in the Nepali market. Additionally, it is also producing and distributing 21 other nutritional supplements.
